Delivery & Returns Information

You can order directly from our website by adding the items you require to your basket then completing your address and payment details. These are taken on a secure server by our payment gateway provider – WorldPay – to ensure that your details and credit card information are kept safe.

We despatch your parcels Monday to Friday. Please note, our couriers do not operate on Bank Holidays and we’re closed Saturday and Sunday

Next day delivery:

Order before 12pm Mon – Thurs for delivery the next working day.

We send all UK next day parcels with FedEx. This is a tracked service which requires a signature on arrival.

Standard delivery:

Our standard delivery service arrives between 1-2 working days.

Standard delivery parcels are delivered by Royal Mail 1st Class Post in the UK from Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays).

International delivery:

Worldwide delivery in 7 – 10  days depending on location.

We ship worldwide using fully tracked postal services for traceability, cost is a flat rate per shipping zone.


For orders with delivery outside of the UK, parcels are sent with either a fully tracked postal service or DHL, DPD or UPS.

For international customers, the price of the items and postage does not include customs & import duties as these charges vary from country to county. So, please be aware that you might be required to pay these when you accept delivery of the items from your courier.

Please check your countries import charges before placing your order.

To ensure that there are no mistakes with addresses and to check that our delivery company has all the correct details, we use a system that verifies your address using your postcode.




Due to special conditions during the pandemic and the resulting fall out and ongoing problems resulting from it, the procedure for non delivery of an order parcel is as follows: 


We must wait 14 days from when we sent by royal mail before we can send a replacement ( 6 weeks for overseas )


following this, if your order is not delivered with 28 days, a claim can be made for a refund


The date /start time is from when we send not from when you order.




Please advise of any damage or shortages in delivered goods within 24 hours of their receipt. Our full terms and conditions are available on request.

Refund policy:
You have the right to cancel within 14 days of your contact with us or 14 days of receipt of order, unless the goods have been specially made for you. If you return the goods unopened (other than their outer packaging) or unused, to the delivery note address, we will refund you for the goods. This is only applicable to private consumers and not if used in the course of a business.
